Low water-level

Do not wonder about the low water level during the washing process, because this is intended. On the one hand, the washing liquor should not be diluted too much and on the other hand, it is important that the individual piece of laundry does not fall into the water from the highest possible point of the drum, but rather stays with the other pieces of laundry. This is how dirt is quickly separated from the fiber.

Despite the low water-level, the water flow amounts to about 140 liters per washing cycle. This is about double the amount competitors use.
Your advantage: Dirt and detergent will be rinsed off. As a rule of thumb: Badly rinsed off detergent (no matter the manufacturer) can lead to allergies. Avoid allergies from your laundry!

Purified soft water allows the use of higher quality and mild detergent, while also preventing greying and protecting the fibers.
